Ask your portfolio anything

There's now a copilot at your fingertips on every screen — docked on the right on desktop, a swipe up on mobile. Ask it anything about your portfolio in plain English and get an answer straight from your live books, no hunting through reports.

You can now

  • Ask how any month is doing. "How much rent was billed in June?" "What did we collect this month?" — answered from your actual ledger, billed vs. collected, down to the property.
  • Find out who's behind. "Who's late on rent?" surfaces the tenants and the amounts without opening a single report.
  • Check portfolio health at a glance. Occupancy, recurring revenue, what's still outstanding — just ask.
  • See what needs attention. Open maintenance, vacant units, upcoming lease expirations — pulled on request.

Coming up

A copilot that doesn't just answer but acts — drafting the rent increase, sending the renewal, flagging the anomaly — always showing you exactly what it'll do before it does it.

Rent that collects itself — free with autopay

The rent you're owed now arrives on its own — pulled straight from your tenants' banks, deposited under your own name, and free with autopay.

You can now

  • Collect rent automatically. Tenants set up autopay once and rent pulls on its own, by bank transfer, deposited under your own name. When a unit is shared, every roommate can pay their own portion separately — no one fronting the whole rent and chasing the others to square up.
  • TeckOS sponsors one transfer per month on every lease — so it's free for a single tenant, and splitting rent is subsidized for roommates, no markups ever. A payment experience that feels fair is what gets tenants to actually turn autopay on.
  • See where each month stands at a glance. Track what's been paid, what's pending, and what's settled across your units — so collecting rent is something you watch happen, not something you have to do.

Bring your leases over in bulk — TeckOS reads them all for you

Upload them in bulk and TeckOS reads, sorts, and makes sense of every one — so you don't have to.

You can now

  • Move your whole book of leases over in bulk. Upload a pile of documents — current leases, renewals, and amendments, all mixed together — and TeckOS sorts them out: it reads each one, works out whether it's an original lease, a renewal, or an amendment, and links them into the right history for each unit. No one-at-a-time data entry, and it won't file the same document twice.
  • Get every lease read for you. For each lease, TeckOS pulls out the terms that actually matter — rent, dates, deposit, the key policies — and flags anything that looks off or doesn't add up, so answering "what does this lease actually say?" is a glance, not a PDF hunt.
  • See your whole portfolio at once. Across every property and lease, get a single read on what you're holding — what's expiring, what needs attention — instead of a drawer full of documents you have to open one by one.
