Upload a pile of documents — current leases, renewals, and amendments, all mixed together — and TeckOS sorts them out: it reads each one, works out whether it's an original lease, a renewal, or an amendment, and links them into the right history for each unit. No one-at-a-time data entry, and it won't file the same document twice.
• Get every lease read for you. For each lease, TeckOS pulls out the terms that actually matter — rent, dates, deposit, the key policies — and flags anything that looks off or doesn't add up, so answering "what does this lease actually say?" is a glance, not a PDF hunt.
• See your whole portfolio at once. Across every property and lease, get a single read on what you're holding — what's expiring, what needs attention — instead of a drawer full of documents you have to open one by one.
